Our video service operates on a daily or weekly subscription basis. You will be charged 4 egp per day for Orange , Etisalat and WE users through your mobile operator. Your detailed invoice will appear at the end of the month on your mobile phone bill, under the section for additional fees/extra services.

Cancellation, refund, unsubscription: stop my stream package or close my account

If you subscribed to the Unlimited Streaming offer, you can contact us by email at support-eg@my-subscriptions-eg.com to exercise your consumer rights and request the cancellation of your subscription. Our team will respond as quickly as possible.

You can also request to unsubscribe at any time following the below steps:

  1. Log in to our website
  2. In the "My Account" tab, click on "Settings," then on "Unsubscribe"
  3. Follow the steps to unsubscribe through our Selfcare website
  4. Once the unsubscription is requested, your request is automatically processed by our system. Depending on the payment method you initially chose, the following day or week will not be charged.
    No further Unlimited Streaming invoices will be generated after that.
