The Grand House is home to a wealthy Upper Egyptian family of two brothers and a sister. The elder brother over-powers his siblings' decisions, putting them through conflicts and inheritance struggles. The sister becomes a spinster due to interference with her marriage choices which alters her love for her family, and an unexpected love between two of their children further complicates matters.
